Student workers and Staff gathered in the new food pantry


Hennepin Technical College officially opened the doors to its new Food Pantry at the Brooklyn Park Campus, marking a major milestone in supporting students' access to essential food resources. The Food Pantry, a cross-campus collaborative effort, is the result of a project that began over the summer. Aimed at providing sustainable, accessible, and intentional food assistance for students, the pantry is set to offer a consistent source of groceries and other food items.

The automotive training program at Hennepin Tech has received ASE Training Program accreditation from the ASE Education Foundation. Hennepin Tech’s automotive program has been accredited in the following: Master Automobile Service Technology.

Hennepin Technical College’s Marketing and Communications Department (MarCom) has earned top honors at the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR) Awards, taking home four accolades, including three regional Medallion Awards and the prestigious NCMPR Rising Star Award.
