The Facilities Maintenance program prepares you for a hands-on, high-demand career maintaining and repairing the systems that keep buildings running smoothly. From office complexes and schools to factories, hospitals, and general facilities, skilled maintenance technicians are essential to daily operations—and employers are always looking for trained professionals who can keep facilities safe, efficient, and reliable.
You’ll gain practical experience working with heating and cooling systems, plumbing, carpentry, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and welding. Courses cover blueprint reading, OSHA safety standards, fluid power systems, motor controls, and programmable logic controllers (PLC). You’ll also prepare for key industry certifications like the EPA 608 Refrigeration Certification and the Special Boiler License—giving you the knowledge and confidence to step straight into a rewarding, stable career.
